Maryland-based national PEO built around franchise and hospitality employers
Our take
INFINITI HR is a sensible shortlist candidate when the workforce is multi-unit, hourly and higher-risk, which is exactly the profile the large national PEOs price aggressively or decline outright. The franchise orientation is real rather than marketing, and the willingness to quote very small or single-employee accounts fills a gap most of the market ignores. Our one substantive caution is the credential picture: the IRS CPEO listing is solid and current, but we could not find INFINITI HR in ESAC's accredited PEO directory even though ESAC accreditation appears in the company's own boilerplate, so we ask for a current certificate of financial assurance before recommending them to a buyer whose CFO weights that. Expect to work across a few different systems rather than one consolidated platform, and expect to negotiate pricing, because nothing is published.
• Franchise groups and multi-unit operators
• Hotel, restaurant and other hospitality employers
• Blue-collar and higher-risk workforces national PEOs decline
• Small employers, including single-employee companies
• Buyers who require ESAC accreditation
• Tech-first buyers who want one unified platform
• White-collar firms that want deep performance and talent modules
