Book a free PEO consultation

Thirty minutes with an independent broker who works for the employer, not the PEO. Pick a time that suits you. If a PEO is the wrong move for your business, we will tell you on the call.

The short answer

A free PEO consultation is thirty minutes with a broker who works for you rather than for a provider. We ask what you are solving for, tell you whether a PEO fits your headcount, states and renewal at all, and name the PEOs on our panel of 36 that quote well for a business like yours. Nothing is owed afterwards, because the PEO you choose pays the fee, not you.

What we cover

  • What you are solving forRenewal coming, first PEO, unhappy with the one you have, or just checking the market. The answer changes what we do next.
  • Whether a PEO is even rightSometimes it is not. Headcount, states, class codes and your current medical renewal decide it, and we will tell you when the honest answer is to stay where you are.
  • Which PEOs fit your businessOf the 36 on our panel, usually four or five quote well at your headcount, in your states and for your industry. We name them on the call.
  • What happens if you want quotesWe take your census to those PEOs, compare what comes back on one basis, line by line, and negotiate the one you pick.

Common questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and so is everything that follows it. We are paid by the PEO you choose, out of the fee they were going to charge anyway. You are never invoiced by us, and the price you are quoted is not marked up because we are involved.

What do I need to have ready?

Nothing for the first call. It helps if you know your rough headcount, which states your employees sit in, and when your medical plan renews. If you already have a PEO proposal or an invoice, bring it and we will read it with you.

Will I be pushed toward one PEO?

We work with 36 of them and place employers in 46 states, so we have no reason to steer you. The comparison shows every quote side by side on the same basis, including the ones that came back worse than what you have now.

How long does the call take?

Thirty minutes, and often less. If a PEO clearly does not fit your situation we will say so early rather than fill the half hour.

What if I would rather not book a time?

Send your details instead and an advisor reaches out by phone or email, usually the same business day. The comparison runs the same way either route.
